Our NEW EXPRESS APPLICATION: for qualifying firms with revenues of $250,000 or less for any given year within the past 3 years. to review an application or purchase ONLINE and receive your policy within a coupleof hours. If you can answer “true” to 9 eligibility questions you are eligible for the EXPRESS application. The rates are on the application and Prior Acts are included with a copy of your expiring Declarations page (assuming no gaps in policy terms). If you cannot answer “true” to the eligibility questions, please proceed to our small accounting firm application or standard application depending on the size of your firm.
