As the National Administrator for General Star’s Real Estate Agents and Brokers E&O program, our program covers Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Independent Contractors, Real Estate Consultants, Appraisers, Auctioneers and Property Managers, subject to underwriting criteria. Coverage extends to both residential and commercial sales for firms of all sizes. Coverage may also be available for secondary activities such as mortgage brokering and insurance agents as long as revenues are incidental to the firm’s real estate practice.

We offer coverage in all states except Alaska, Louisiana and New York. For appraisal firms seeking coverage for more than one Real Estate Appraiser or for those individual appraisers who do not meet eligibility requirements of the Individual Real Estate Appraiser program we recommend coverage in our Real Estate Agents and Brokers program.
