Errors & Omissions Insurance For Home Inspectors

Home Inspectors E & O Insurance protects Home Inspectors for claims arising from allegations of wrongful acts, errors and omissions in residential real estate inspections.

Available in all states except:  Delaware

Eligibility:

Virtually any individual residential home inspector or home inspection firm is considered including new ventures and inspectors with no experience.

Coverage can be expanded to include:

Premises Liability insurance

Radon Inspections

Termite Inspections

Referral protection option:  

Coverage may be extended to entities that commonly refer inspectors such as Real Estate Agents and Brokers.

Policy Limits:

Limits available up to $5 Million 

Matching Limits up to $1 million are available for premises liability.

Limits to $250,000 available for termite/pest inspections (subject to a $5,000. deductible)

Deductible:  

Minimum deductible $1,500.00

The Insurance company is Rated A ++ Superior by AM Best.
