A Note About Our EXPRESS Applications: Our self rating Express Application is available to qualified applicants with revenues of $1,000,000 or less. If you can answer “true” to the 9 eligibility questions on the application, choose the correct revenue table and then choose the limit and deductible option you wish to purchase. One and Two year Policy options are available. A two year policy locks in the premium for two years and reinstates the limits of liability for the second policy term.
